Ygal Bendavid is a professor in the Department of Management and Technology/School of Management (ESG) at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). Dr. Bendavid is a founder of RFID Academia. He holds M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in industrial engineering from the École Polytechnique de Montréal. As a specialist in RFID for supply chain management, Bendavid is a frequent presenter at RFID Journal LIVE! conferences. He is also an instructor for the RFID PRO certification.
