NFC technology gained traction as a tool for engaging customers by linking them at real-world events, such as concerts and sporting events, to social media sites, where they could pst comments. But NFC has moved beyond novel applications and is now being used for important business applications. This session will explore three case studies in which NFC technology is used in business applications and explain what makes NFC different than other types of RFID. The presenter will also discuss some exciting new enhancements to NFC tags that are in the works.
