Do you have any case studies showing how the use of radio frequency identification for collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment delivers benefits?
We do not have any specific examples of partners achieving CPFR-related benefits, but the main goal of retailers deploying RFID solutions is to better manage inventory. Over time, as deployments expand and in-store problems are solved, retailers will begin focusing on replenishment issues within the supply chain. So I believe that eventually, RFID will become a critical tool for improving CPFR.
