RFID Journal announced today that attendees at RFID Journal LIVE! Europe 2015 can sign up for a one-day, fast-track, advanced RFID certification course. The training will take place during the first day of this year’s LIVE! Europe conference and exhibition, to be held in London, England, on Nov. 9-10.
RFID Professional Institute Certified Associate Training, presented in partnership with RFID4U, features the latest equipment and real-world RFID deployment scenarios. The course, a combination of lectures and hands-on lab exercises, provides a functional understanding of the use of RFID readers, tags, printers and general-purpose input-output devices. The training will provide a solid foundation to design, install, configure, monitor and troubleshoot an RFID deployment. Students will learn how to configure RFID hardware in order to maximize functionality.
Each participant will receive a voucher to take the exam online following the event. Those who pass will receive a certificate from the RFID Professional Institute.
At the conference, attendees will learn how leading companies in all sectors across Europe are using RFID to improve the way they do business. Those seeking a solution to locate assets, track inventory or deal with another issue will find the right option at the event.
The conference will open with three general sessions, and then divide into two tracks. The Retail Track will include case studies by retailers currently benefiting from using RFID. The Main Track will cover a wide variety of applications relevant to companies in manufacturing, logistics and other industries.
The exhibit hall will feature the leading RFID solution providers, covering all types of RFID technology. This event is designed to help companies considering using RFID to address real business challenges, determine the best RFID technology for their needs, learn best practices from early adopters, find the right technology partners and move forward with deployment.
Attendees registering for a Conference + Training Pass by Nov. 6 will save £300 off regular rates. More information, including the most up-to-date agenda, is available at the RFID Journal LIVE! Europe website, www.rfidjournalevents.com/europe, or by contacting attendee registration by e-mail ([email protected]) or phone (631-249-4960).
