Randy Pace has more than 28 years of experience with the Department of Transportation in areas of new highway construction, highway maintenance and materials testing and tracking. Mr. Pace is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of North Carolina and a 1986 graduate of The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, with a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering.
