Brian Verna holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He currently serves as an aerospace engineer in the FAA’s Flight Standards Service, Avionics Maintenance Branch (AFS-360). Prior to AFS-360, Brian served 8 years as an aerospace engineer in the Office of Aircraft Certification, Avionics Systems Branch (AIR-130), where he was the subject matter expert on flight recorder and flight data monitoring systems.
