Do you know why an electronic article surveillance (EAS) system would read a tag but react by sounding an alarm about 2 seconds after the tag has passed through the antennas? Or, if not, do you know of any forums where l might be able to obtain an answer to this question?
Since this site is dedicated to radio frequency identification, not EAS technology, it's probably not the best place to look. However, there are businesses that offer both EAS and RFID systems, so perhaps one of those companies will be able to answer you. I also do not know of any forums where you could post your question. Readers, do you?
