RFID Journal has not conducted any specific market research on the adoption of radio frequency identification in the Egypt or the Middle East. However, Venture Development Corp. (VDC) has created a report on adoption in the Middle East region, and found it to be growing rapidly (see Middle East RFID Market Heats Up).
Based on our newsletter subscriptions and traffic statistics, I would say Egypt is growing more quickly than any other country in that region, with the exception of Saudi Arabia.
