Since I was unaware of any passive high-frequency (HF) tags designed to withstand that kind of temperature, I reached out to NXP Semiconductors, which produces the Mifare RFID chips. According to the firm, your best bet would be to reach out to Balluff, which offers a variety of passive HF transponders for industrial applications.
Balluff’s BIS M-132-10/L-HT tag contains 736 bytes of user memory and can withstand temperatures of up to 200 degrees. The tag is a circle with a diameter of 25 millimeters (1 inch), and is 5 millimeters (0.2 inch) thick. The company also offers another version, the BIS M-134-10/L-HT tag, which has a diameter of 50 millimeters (2 inches) and is 5 millimeters (0.2 inch) thick.
