November 16, 2004—Massachusetts-based middleware provider OATSystems has announced an agreement with Infosys, India’s leading IT services firm, to outsource software development to India. The company will use some of the $11.5 million in funding it received in September to set up a development center in Bangalore, where future versions of its middleware will be designed, coded, and supported.
