Bill Madsen has been responsible for the overall execution of NASTAR (NAtional STAndard Race), including 100-plus NASTAR franchisees across the United States, for more than 25 years. Bill designed an RFID system that is used to streamline the registration and race experience for participants and staff members at the host resorts. He also created the annual NASTAR National Championships, which hosts more than 1,000 competitors.
