NXP Semiconductors offers a line of high-memory Near Field Communication (NFC) RFID chips (see NXP Releases New NFC Tag Chips for New Applications). The NTAG213 has 144 bytes of memory, the NTAG 215 has 504 bytes and the NTAG216 has 888 bytes. Smartrac offers tags made with all three types of chips, including the Bullseye. These are the highest-memory NFC tags on the market of which I am aware.
