There are many different types of RFID systems. One type of active RFID technology sends signals to Wi-Fi access points, so that tags can be located. These systems need to be set up and installed by professionals. I think what you are asking is how to read a passive RFID tag using a Wi-Fi router or access point. This is not possible. They operate on different frequencies, use different protocols and are not designed to work together.
