What ever became of this company?

Parelec, a Rocky Hill, N.J., manufacturer of Parmod brand conductive inks for RFID tag antennas and other direct printed circuits, merged in 2007 with Precision Systems, a supplier of real-time location systems (RTLS) based in Raanana, Israel (see RFID News Roundup: Parelec Acquires Israeli RTLS Company). The company then changed its name to Precyse Technologies.

Precyse Technologies is focused on its iLocate RTLS, and while it owns the Parelec brand name and the Parmod intellectual property, it is not actively selling any conductive inks. The firm is presently looking to sell the IP to another company that can take advantage of it.

For more information about Parelec, see New Ink for Printed RFID Antennas and Hyan and Parelec Teaming on Tags for Products, Mass Transit.
