PRESS RELEASE:
HappyOrNot, the global leader in instant customer and employee experience reporting and data analytics service, will be showcasing the application of Narrowband IoT (NB-IoT) technology in customer experience improvement at this year’s Mobile World Congress. MWC is the world’s largest gathering for the mobile industry, organized by the GSMA and held in the Mobile World Capital Barcelona.
HappyOrNot is excited to collaborate with the GSMA in offering its NB-IoT Smiley Terminal in two areas of the Connected Living programme in the GSMA Innovation City to gauge attendee satisfaction with the Mobile IoT demos. Two additional terminals will be placed at the entrance of the event.
HappyOrNot is also cooperating with Vodafone to host a real-time demo of visitor responses at Vodafone’s booth. A NB-IoT Smiley Terminal will ask visitors to gauge their knowledge of NB-IoT technology and the responses will be instantly analyzed and displayed on screen for those respondents to see.
Ville Levaniemi, EVP, Founder, New Business of HappyOrNot, tells about the company’s interest in NB-IoT technology: “We are excited about the new possibilities in improvements we can make with the use of NB-IoT technology. For this event, we’ve used this technology specifically to produce demo Smiley Terminals and display its applicability to achieving design improvements (smaller, sleeker, and more customizable terminals), significantly extended battery life, and enhancements in real-time analysis.”
Thousands of global clients, in 98 countries, are already using the HappyOrNot service to improve the experiences of customers and employees, including such clients as Nike, eBay, Linkedin, DHL, CERN, Microsoft, Oracle, 3M, and Hewlett Packard.
To see the demos of the NB-IoT Smiley Terminal and real-time analytics, visit HappyOrNot at Vodafone’s booth in Hall 6 Stand 6B30, the Innovation City’s Connected Living programme in Hall 4, and at the event’s main entrance, on February 27th – March 2nd at the Mobile World Congress being held at the FIRA center in Barcelona, Spain.
