RFID Journal, the world’s leading media and events company covering radio frequency identification (RFID), announced today that attendees at RFID Journal LIVE! Europe 2018 can sign up for a one-day, fast-track, advanced RFID certification course. LIVE! Europe is the Europe’s premier event focused on radio frequency identification and its many business applications.
RFID Professional Institute Certified Associate Training, presented in partnership with RFID4U, features the latest equipment and real-world RFID deployment scenarios. The course, a combination of lectures and hands-on lab exercises, provides a functional understanding of the use of RFID readers, tags, printers and general-purpose input-output devices. The training will provide a solid foundation to design, install, configure, monitor and troubleshoot an RFID deployment. Students will learn how to configure RFID hardware in order to maximize functionality.
The training will take place on Nov. 6, prior to the conference and exhibition. Each participant will receive a voucher to take the exam online following the event. Those who pass will receive a certificate from the RFID Professional Institute. At the conference, attendees will learn how leading companies in all sectors across Europe are using RFID to improve the way they do business. Those seeking a solution to locate assets, track inventory or deal with another issue will find the right option at the event.
The conference will open with three general sessions, then divide into two tracks. The Retail Track will include case studies by retailers currently benefiting from using RFID, while the Main Track will cover a wide variety of applications relevant to companies in manufacturing, logistics and other industries. The exhibit hall will feature the leading RFID solution providers, covering all types of RFID technology.
