Where can I find a single RFID tag that combines an ultrahigh-frequency (UHF) RFID tag with an electronic article surveillance (EAS) tag?

Combination EAS-RFID tags are a good way to track items and prevent theft. Checkpoint Systems, a leading provider of EAS and RFID systems, offers a combination tag (see Checkpoint Combines EAS Tags With RFID). And ADT, which acquired EAS provider Sensormatic, also offers a tag that combines EAS and RFID technologies (see RFID News Roundup: ADT Europe Develops RFID-EAS System).
In addition, UPM Raflatac produces a series of four UHF EPC Gen 2 tags targeted to the retail market, that have RFID chips with built-in EAS capabilities. The tags can be read by any EPC Gen 2 interrogator, and can have the EAS function turned on and off by the same RFID reader (see Raflatac Releases RFID Tags With Built-In EAS).
