Beyer Graphics History

Beyer Graphics president Daniel Beyer said agreement will increase his company’s ability to better meet the needs of our growing customer base. Beyer Graphics produces approximately 20 million structural, custom and folding boxes and cartons monthly for their clients out of their 71,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facilities in Commack, N.Y.

“As part of the RLG Healthcare business, our customers will have access to a broader portfolio of products and capabilities that will expand our ability to provide the innovative packaging solutions our customers require,” said Beyer.

The acquisition of Beyer Graphics marks the 32nd for RLG and the third addition to its RLG Healthcare segment. RLG Healthcare CEO Kevin Grogan said the addition of Beyer Graphics will immediately strengthen their service, quality, and product offered to customers.

RLG Growth

“It is an exciting time for RLG Healthcare as we continue to rapidly grow and expand our commitment to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries,” said Grogan.

RLG announced the formation of RLG Healthcare, a specialty pharmaceutical and healthcare packaging division of Resource Label Group. Headquartered in Garner, NC and with six locations in North America, RLG Healthcare focuses on the manufacturing of labels, cartons, inserts, medical guides and physician support literature for pharmaceutical and healthcare customers.

Earlier this year, RLG purchased label printing company Labelcraft. Labelcraft operates two locations: Toronto, Canada and Dallas, TX. It has been a leading manufacturer of printed, custom, pressure-sensitive labels; ecofriendly stickers; decals; temporary tattoos and other products. With the acquisition, RLG has a goal to increase its sustainability-based products. Labelcraft indicated that it chose to partner with RLG because of the two companies’ shared commitment for protecting the environment and desire to expand solutions to a wider variety of customers.
