Iveda has upgraded its IvedaRTLS, its artificial intelligence (AI)-powered real-time location system, to introduce Bluetooth Angle of Arrival (AoA) technology capable of delivering positioning accuracy as precise as 10 centimeters.

The enhanced platform is designed to allow hospitals, manufacturers, and logistics operators to reduce asset loss, improve operational efficiency, and gain real-time visibility into critical equipment and personnel, setting a new standard for precision tracking across highly regulated industries.

The platform includes anchors, tags, management software, dashboards, alarms, and API integrations to support both personnel and asset tracking. With anchor coverage extending more than 25 meters per device and flexible configurations for indoor, outdoor, and industrial environments— including wet or exposed conditions— it is designed to deploy seamlessly across complex operational settings.

Engineered for interference resistance and stable trajectory tracking, IvedaRTLS is compatible with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) 4.0+ devices and supports iOS, Android, and HarmonyOS. Installation is straightforward, with ceiling or wall mounting, Ethernet connectivity, and PoE support.

The enhanced platform builds on real-world deployment experience. Changhua Christian Hospital (CCH), one of Taiwan’s largest medical institutions with over 4,000 beds across multiple facilities, struggled to keep tabs on critical equipment, losing valuable time and resources to critical medical devices. Since deploying IvedaRTLS, CCH has dramatically reduced equipment loss, ensuring essential assets are accounted for and accessible when needed most.
