RFID Journal announced today that more than 200 leading technology firms will exhibit at the RFID Journal LIVE! 2015 conference and exhibition. LIVE! 2015, focused on radio frequency identification (RFID) and its many business applications, will be held on Apr. 15-17, at California’s San Diego Convention Center. The exhibit hall will include products and services covering all types of RFID technology, including passive low-frequency (LF), high-frequency (HF) and ultrahigh-frequency (UHF) RFID, as well as every flavor of active RFID and real-time location system (RTLS) technologies.
Three international pavilions will showcase RFID solutions from leading technology providers from Korea, France and Brazil. Additionally, the AIM Pavilion will showcase companies that are members of AIM (the international trade association representing bar-code, RFID, RTLS and mobile-computing technologies), as well as businesses offering Internet of Things solutions.
Many exhibitors will be participating in the Coolest Demo Contest and the Best New Product category of the RFID Journal Awards. Attendees exploring the exhibit hall will have the opportunity to view these demos and products, and to vote for which they think is best, via the event’s mobile app.
The conference’s cornerstone and registration sponsor is Zebra Technologies, and its ROI application sponsor is Tyco Retail Solutions. The silver sponsors are Checkpoint Systems, Fujitsu‘s GlobeRanger division, Microelectronics Technology Inc. (MTI), Checkpoint’s OATSystems division and Omni-ID.
“During the past few years, the number of exhibitors from overseas has expanded dramatically,” says Mark Roberti, RFID Journal’s founder and editor. “This means companies can attend RFID Journal LIVE! and see the best products from around the world.”
