June 30, 2004—Bear Sterns has published research examining the current state of the RFID industry. Of particular interest is its assessment of public companies that stand to benefit from RFID technology’s upcoming explosive growth. Among them are some familiar names like Zebra, Printronix, and Manhattan Associates. Also considered are much smaller companies, like Samsys and Sirit, in which investments would be quite risky but potentially enormously rewarding.
