Henrique de Oliveira Miguel coordinates the Microelectronics Group of Industrial and Technological Policy for the Brazilian Government, known as “Plano Brasil Maior.” Mr. Miguel has an extensive background in information technology, and his past positions include division chief of the Political Department of Informatics and general coordinator of Informatics, Policies for Secretariat of Informatics (SEPIN) for the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MCTI). He holds an electronics engineering degree from the University of Brasilia.
