Ben Jensen is the program analyst for the U.S. Army’s Defense Transportation Tracking System (DTTS) division. DTTS monitors the movement of DoD’s Arms, Ammunition and Explosives (AA&E), other sensitive materials (OSM) and reports and facilitates emergency responses to incidents or accidents involving material moving via commercial carrier across North America.
