In years past, RFID Journal used to offer a job-posting board for RFID companies to reach potential employers seeking new positions. That portion of our website has been defunct for some time now, but Adetexs (short for “Advanced Textiles”), a U.K.-based business that produces washable RFID threads, recently reached out to RFID Journal seeking assistance in adding a new candidate to its sales team.
According to Adetexs’s LinkedIn page, the firm was founded in January 2016 in Nottingham, England, and it offers smart garment and wearable electronics solutions for the medical, sports and recreational, fashion and entertainment, military, automotive and retail sectors. Anura Rathnayake, Adetexs’s CEO, sent editor Mark Roberti the following message:
“Our technology has been patented, globally awarded and customer-piloted, and we are looking for a person who has more than 10 years of RFID sales experience to join our team, part-time and commission-based. A company partnership is possible, depending on your input. If you are interested, please send your CV to [email protected].”
If this position sounds interesting, you can reach out to Rathnayake directly or seek additional information at the company’s website using the above links.
