Startup technology company Blockstore Group has developed an end-to-end concept for unstaffed grocery stores. Their grocery- focused solution enables retailers to easily deploy, gain economic benefits and combine local stores with online sales and different food delivery models. Since summer 2020, they have successfully deployed six fully automated stores with the capability to automatically order the needed products and manage the product range within each location. Learn how the innovative solution utilizes RFID tagged grocery products, which are tracked from warehouse to stores and sold from cabinets enabled with RFID readers. This project is nominated for RFID Journal Award in the category of Best Use of RFID in a Product or Service.
