No, I’m sorry, but that would not be possible. Frequency is not the only factor involved in tag-to-reader communication—the tags and readers must also employ the same air-interface protocol. The protocols can be based on open standards, or they can be proprietary. Active and passive tags utilize different protocols, so it would be like a passive tag speaking French to an active RFID system that only understood Chinese.
