The winners will be announced at RFID Journal LIVE! 2020, the company's 18th annual conference and exhibition, which will be held at the Orange County Convention Center, located in Orlando, Fla., on Sept. 9-11. All winners, along with the runners-up, will receive a prestigious crystal award.
"We continue to see RFID used on a larger scale and in more mission-critical application, and this year's group of finalists demonstrate that," says Mark Roberti, RFID Journal's founder and editor. "Many of the entries, particularly those selected by our judges as finalists, are large in scale and involve core business activities."

In addition, RFID Journal's editors will present the 2020 RFID Special Achievement Award to Dr. Tali Freed, a professor of industrial and manufacturing engineering, for her years of leadership at the PolyGAIT-RFID Research and Development Center.
