Finalists Unveiled for 14th Annual RFID Journal Awards

RFID Journal has announced the finalists for its 2020 RFID Journal Awards. The winners will be revealed at this year's RFID Journal LIVE! conference, which will be held in Orlando, Fla., in September.

RFID Journal, the leading source of news and in-depth information regarding radio frequency identification (RFID) and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, has unveiled the finalists for this year's RFID Journal Awards. The winners will be announced at RFID Journal LIVE! 2020, the company's 18th annual conference and exhibition, which will be held at the Orange County Convention Center, located in Orlando, Fla., on Sept. 9-11. All winners, along with the runners-up, will receive a prestigious crystal award.

"We continue to see RFID used on a larger scale and in more mission-critical application, and this year's group of finalists demonstrate that," says Mark Roberti, RFID Journal's founder and editor. "Many of the entries, particularly those selected by our judges as finalists, are large in scale and involve core business activities."

The judges also selected 10 finalists for Best New Product being exhibited at this year's LIVE! event. The finalists are:

In addition, RFID Journal's editors will present the 2020 RFID Special Achievement Award to Dr. Tali Freed, a professor of industrial and manufacturing engineering, for her years of leadership at the PolyGAIT-RFID Research and Development Center.
