Susan leads North American Business Development for Zebra Technologies’ RFID business unit. With a career focused on retail, the last 15 years of which Susan has concentrated on cross functional Brand and Retail RFID initiatives. She delivers thought leadership and guidance while working closely with the retail apparel marketspace, from supply chain to retail store, both large and small. Susan helps to drive standards based solution sets supporting the capture and collection of product movement and location to enable improved operations from the source to the consumer. A UCLA graduate, Susan has worked across multiple retail verticals as well as with multiple data capture technologies, ensuring a well-rounded background to help drive adoption and enable retailers to realize the benefits.
