Mary Salazar has worked in the obstetric and neonatal nursing profession for 29 years, frequently serving in a leadership capacity and responsible for the security of the infants in her team’s care. She is currently the director for women’s and infants’ services at Conway Regional Health System, in Conway, Arkansas.
