David Wong joined Fukui Shell Nucleus Factory in 2009 as a project director. Before joining Fukui Shell, he worked as a product developer in an indoor wireless communication technology manufacturing company. Mr. Wong holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and a diploma in electrical and computer engineering, both with a concentration in wireless communication technologies.
