Cirano Silveira oversees Hewlett-Packard’s research conducted in Brasil, as well as development initiatives worldwide. Cirano joined HP in 1988, and was initially responsible for overseeing the development of local systems and managing IT consulting projects. He has a degree in electrical engineering and a Master’s degree in computer science.
