Charles Marrow is a project engineer at the heavy-civil construction firm Shimmick Construction. Mr. Marrow received a B.S. degree in onstruction management from CSU Chico, and for the last two years has worked on the award-winning Transbay Transit Center Project, for which he is responsible for a team that delivers a safe and successful project utilizing RFID technology as an integral aspect of the construction.
