Armando Lucrecio is responsible for the RFID Center of Excellence (powered by HP), at the Sinctronics and Hardware Laboratories at Flextronics Institute of Technology, where he manages a large R&D program for major companies in the electronics industry. Mr. Lucrecio previously worked on numerous projects related to RFID, RF and electronic technology, and has been a speaker at several RFID conferences in Brazil.
