Al Williams launched SmarTrack in 2004 after serving in the US Army for 22 years as an Engineer. His experience and training helped Al develop asset tracking systems for military and law enforcement applications such as weapons tracking and armory management. Today, the company specializes in providing individual and hybrid solutions utilizing 1D/2D barcoding, IUID, RFID, RTLS and GPS tracking tags.
