Is there any legal mandate that companies must place an RFID logo on tagged goods, like the laser logo on a laser scanner? Please advise.

Ha Le,
There is no legal requirement to put an RFID logo on products tracked with RFID. However, if you use GS1's Electronic Product Code (EPC) standards, you'll find that the organization's guidelines recommend that you put a logo on your product to indicate the presence of an RFID tag. In any event, it is a good idea to let customers know that an item has an RFID tag in or on it.
I hope this answers your question, and I look forward to seeing you next week at RFID Journal LIVE! 2017.
