Phillip Curley left his engineering studies to pursue HotSpot Parking’s vision of revitalizing downtown cores. Previously, Mr. Curley managed multi-million-dollar monasteries as the engineer on staff. He created patentable products now distributed by the Environment PEI, and also worked on engineering heavy technical startups.
