Ric Moucatel joined Oracle in 2007, managing the company’s data center logistics team. He is the program engineer for Oracle’s RFID initiative to manage the IT asset lifecycle via RFID. Master Chief Moucatel is a retired cryptologist with the U.S. Navy, for which he specialized in RF, signals intelligence and overhead reconnaissance.
