Adana Integrated Health Campus consist of three hospitals (a 1,300-bed main hospital, a 150-bed physical therapy and rehabilitation hospital, and a 100-bed high-security criminal psychiatric facility), for a total capacity of 1,550 beds. With more than 16,000 patients treated each day, the firm faced many operations and logistics challenges.
