Bob Strommen, a 17-year veteran of the Minnesota Department of Transportation, is the research systems integrator at the MnROAD Test Facility, overseeing the data-collection and transferring processes from pavement sensors. Mr. Strommen advises researchers on sensor selection, installation, data-collection equipment and collection processes, and also works on the maintenance and calibration of all test equipment.
