David Leach, CPA, CIA, has been with the Houston Forensic Science Center (HFSC) for two years as its CFO and treasurer. Prior to joining HFSC, he served as the CFO for a Houston-based, privately held chemical company. Previously, David served in multiple financial and operational positions for publicly traded companies.
