Andy Monday is responsible for policy development supporting end-to-end automatic identification technology (AIT) and in-transit visibility (ITV), as well as their impact on the U.S. Department of Defense’s material-management, distribution and acquisition-logistics programs. Mr. Monday collaborates with internal and external agencies to ensure that the DOD’s AIT and supply chain policies and process innovation, enabled by RFID, support warfighters’ requirements and ITV needs.
