Steve Schattmaier is the global director of professional services for Tyco Retail Store Performance Solutions. In this role, Steve is responsible for the company’s solution definition, delivery and support programs for retail RFID initiatives. He joined Tyco in 2008 through the acquisition of Vue Technology, a leading RFID software platform firm focused on retail store performance.
