According to the companies, the kit offers a location solution that provides indoor and outdoor tracking for individuals and assets in various industries, enabling users to increase productivity, reduce search times and improve employee safety. This includes both indoor presence and proximity use cases.
The solution, the partners explain, combines LoRaWAN and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technologies. The evaluation kit includes the hardware and software necessary to carry out a deployment, along with support and assistance with onsite installation and rollout. The kit is available now for purchase at Actility's ThingPark Market, an IoT marketplace offering a catalog of LoRaWAN devices and starter kits.
