Benemar Movikawa Tarifa has a degree in civil engineering from the Polytechnic School of USP, a graduate degree in quality strategic management, and an Executive MBA and Corporate MBA. He joined Sabesp in 2002 and is currently the manager of the Department of Operational Development and Meters Sabesp, and the superintendent of new business.
