You have written that some RFID tags can survive temperatures ranging from -40 degrees Celsius to +300 degrees Celsius (-40 degrees Fahrenheit to +572 degrees Fahrenheit). Are there any new tags that can operate in much higher temperatures?
Yes, there are. A company called Technologies ROI (TROI) has developed a tag that can withstand up to 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit (538 degrees Celsius).
