I am not aware of any definitive list. However, GS1 publishes a list of companies that have applied for a Mask Designer ID Assignment (MDID). The MDID is the first eight bits of the tag identifier (TID) memory bank of an EPC Gen 2 RFID tag, so any company that wants to manufacture Gen 2 chips needs to obtain such a number. I would expect GS1's list to include all Gen 2 chip manufacturers. However, the list probably includes some firms that never went ahead and produced chips, and maybe one or two still working on chips.
