There should be no personal information stored on an RFID tag. If you are using RFID for toll collection and traffic management, it would be a mistake to include any personally identifiable information in a transponder's memory, as you would be making it possible for someone to track another person without his or her knowledge.
The standard practice is to put a serial number on a tag and have this information be linked to an individual's account in a secure database. Whenever a car passed a toll-collection point, the serial number would be read and the account associated with that serial number would be charged the toll amount.
