Are there any active tags that can accept a small amount of data and transmit it once when the tag is read?
Most active tags have a user memory bank that allows you to store data and send it to a reader when the tag is interrogated. Active tags are often paired with temperature, motion or other sensors, so memory is required to store the collected data.
