There are many universities now that offer courses in radio frequency identification, but to my knowledge, none offer an actual four-year RFID degree. If you are looking for professional certification, you can receive it from the International RFID Institute, which will host its first exam at RFID Journal LIVE! 2014, being held next week in Orlando, Fla.
