It would impossible to answer this question without having a lot more information, such as how many items are going to be washed and tracked annually, how many laundry areas there are within your facility, and so forth. How the system is set up will determine where you need to install readers and how many you require. Generally speaking, newer ultrahigh-frequency (UHF) systems are less expensive than older high-frequency (HF) solutions.
